Current practitioners offer a range of therapeutic  approaches. 

Some talking therapies have a bodywork component i.e you will be supported to engage with your embodied experiences and body responses.

Movement such as yoga & dance has therapeutic benefits. Individual therapists will offer work using these modalities. We are developing our activities in these areas.
