Within a person centred approach I offer you a confidential and empathic space

where you can be heard without judgement. Together, we can explore what may be

getting in the way of your personal growth and emotional well- being.

I draw on psychodynamic thinking to gently explore how past experiences and early

relationships may be shaping your present. By understanding these patterns we can

begin to loosen their hold and create meaningful and lasting change.

I’ve worked successfully with people from diverse backgrounds who bring a variety

of concerns. In particular I have supported people through pregnancy related

experiences including fertility challenges,  baby loss,  traumatic birth and the

transition into parenthood.  I recognise how deeply these experiences can affect

identity, relationships and self- esteem.

My background in education means I have a strong understanding of the unique

pressures educators face and how stress can impact both professional and personal

life.

Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, grief or simply feeling stuck, my aim is

to help you reconnect with yourself and move towards a more authentic and fulfilling

life.

I’m happy for us to meet online before we decide to work together. I offer a free 20

minute initial meeting so we can get to know each other.
