I offer compassionate online and in-person counselling in Edinburgh and across the UK for adults, children and young people, students, and seniors. Whether you’re facing a current difficulty, working through long-term challenges, or seeking personal growth, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore what matters most to you.

My Approach

I work from a person-centred foundation, which means I’ll meet you with empathy, honesty, and acceptance, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I also draw on psychodynamic ideas to explore how unconscious patterns and past experiences might be shaping your present, helping you make sense of repeated patterns that feel hard to shift.

Starting therapy is a courageous step toward change, self-awareness, and healing. We’ll work together at your own pace to understand your experiences and help you build the life and sense of self you want - with greater confidence, clarity, and inner peace.

About Me

Having been on both sides of the therapy relationship, I understand the importance of feeling seen, heard, and accepted.  Above all, my role is to accompany you with care and curiosity as you move toward deeper self-understanding and a more connected, meaningful life.
