I’m Mike, I work as an integrative psychotherapist with an interest in connecting mind and body, and ways of being with this in therapy.

I’m passionate about how we evolve and come to know more of ourselves as people, how to relate authentically and finding some humour in what we do.

I’m neurodivergent and often work with clients who feel different, are noticing a struggle with meaning in life or feel lost in the world.

I worked as a doctor for 13 years before my psychotherapy career and bring a diverse range of experiences into my work. My personal interests are in music, dancing, being in nature, and surfing.
